However we do accept OUT OF NETWORK benefit plans.

We can check your network coverage if you are unclear about your out of network benefits.

We DO NOT accept Medicaid or Medicare; however, we are in network for Tricare (military)

We can often work with auto insurance (usually accident-related); and usually can work with worker's compensation insurance as well.

If none of the above options work, then straight fee-for-service (out of pocket) payment is required.

  The fee schedule for out of pocket payment is: initial consultations range from approximately $300-350 in office depending on the level of complexity, the time spent, and ( for example) additional time and effort required to get prior authorization approval for medication.  Also depending on factors such as  frequency of clinical encounters, level of complexity, and time spent, follow up appointments range between $150 and $200.  Modest fees will be charged for letters or forms that need to be filled out unless they are very simple; and of course medical-legal interactions (e.g. discussions with lawyers) are charged separately.

For many problems, just a consultation is enough, and often our diagnostic and therapeutic opinions and guidance can be taken over by the patient's primary care doctor.  In other situations, the neurological problems are sufficiently addressed after just 2 or 3 appointments.
